My favorite books as a child was the Madelaine series Madeline is a 1939 book written and illustrated by Ludwig Bemelmans, the first in the book series of seventeen, Ludwig Bemelmans was an Austrian-American writer and illustrator. The illustrations for the Madeline series were so enchanting. I should have collected the series long ago.

And right now they control the House, and have quite a few Right-wing Extremists, plus one sociopath (George Santos) whom Kevin McCarthy refuses to terminate, because of "needing his vote". The lot of them are attempting to topple the US and make Fascism popular again. -

There's a lot I would change about the Democrats too. But CNN doesn't compare to FOX News for sheer mindless stupidity.

Right now, however, the scoundrels on the Right have my attention and worth following, since things appear to be spiralling due to the Extremist Right and mentally unbalanced infiltrators into the Republican Party - Margarine Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz,, George Santos, and Kevin McCarthy.
