  5.  @Alibumstead  So we need workers right so that workers who aren't pulling their weight are protected from getting fired? That won't end anywhere near as well as you think.

  6.  @Alibumstead  Sure, that's why he preamble mentions the effort she's put in, and not the successes she's had. Effort doesn't pay the bills, results do. She had no sales and 3 clients pull out at the last minutes. If she thinks that's being successful, then she need to find another line of work.

  7. How do we know she got mixed messages from her manager? Is it possible she just ignored the negative aspects of the feedback she received from her manager, and this is what led her to be fired? She says something about having 3 contracts that she managed well, but decided not to close at the last minute. Maybe this is an indication of her inability to read the situation. Maybe she wasn't managing them as well as she thought.
