  1. ​@ToddCopeland If they wanted a word that referred to anyone over the age of 14 who lived at the same age as the insured owner, then the word "driver" was a very poor choice. The word "driver" refers to someone who drives. Most 14yos do not in fact drive. As the insurance company is the lady responsible for the ambiguity, they should not benefit from the ambiguity. That's contact law 101.
