  1. Shame on the San Diego Police Department. Not a good way for a kid to spend their birthday. As for driving being a privilege, HA! The cost of automobiles, insurance, registration, not to mention gas prices. Their homes were taken from them. I think there should be a government fund for single mothers living in their cars that would help take care of auto registration and insurance for the for the autos to help the mothers. That could really help someone get a jump start in getting their lives together. Instead, they pretty much got thrown out into the streets. Oh I'm angry! Thank you so much Carol for offering them a hotel for the night. You are a true angel.
