there should ba a rule that 2 of the permament member countries have to agree on a Veto to Veto a resolution. US can say to no to everything and nothing will be done. what about China Russia and the other country? forgot which one. they said yes lift it yet nothign happens. thought we lived in a so called Democratic world?
