  1. If I am not mistaken, I believe her name interpreted in English means "shimmering wind". I'm actually looking quite forward to seeing more history on the different and unique destroyers of the Japanese Navy as well as others. I don't think destroyers really good enough credit where credit is due except for the American ones oh, and some Royal Navy.
