Is it true that live oak is more Compact and dense compared to the wood that came out of British shipyards during the age of sail? I ask this because I saw a law that been written back in that time. That if someone was found harvesting Live Oak that they could be hung as traitors.

As many three-dimensional models of well-known shipwrecks that they have made I wonder if they'll ever come out for HMS Hood?

@glenchapman3899 well they did make the three-dimensional wreck of the Yamato period and it's basically the same way. That's the only reason why I was wondering.
