Was there any kind of a naval inquiry on the Admirals actions, of scuttling this Heavy Cruiser and if so what were the findings and was there any actions taken against him?

@UNSCForwardontodawn appreciate that bit of information that you have shared with me. However, I was talking about the commanding officer's actions to who decided to sink a ship that didn't want to sink to begin with. You would think after wasting such a good heavy cruiser, that some action would have been taken against him once they find out just how much it took to sink her.
