  2.  @kemarisite  all thank you for that information, I had no idea considering that I'm just now getting into Naval History therefore that's why I asked. I recently saw some about an Omaha class light Cruiser and looked up a brief bit of it, and I was just wondering considering that all the cons I heard about it. What I meant by worth it was it worth the materials, or would have been better to possibly come up with another design something like what the British came out with the Leander class of CL.
