  3.  @j_taylor  I believe that would be too small as far as a naval gun goes. The Japanese had a dual-purpose 100 mm if I remember correctly

  5.  Charles McCarron  the flak 88 is way too small for that. The smallest gun is the Imperial Japanese used for a dual purpose weapon is the 100 m m. Though I believe that's a good starting point though.
