  1.  Golden Eagle  with all due respect partner, I believe it's because he said he would stay away from the modern navies as much as possible. And I believe the pla Navy is way too modern for what he wants to cover. I may be wrong on this, and I'm willing to accept that fact, if you can show me that they've been around since the 40s.   2. What do you spell destroyer designs been able to hold their own against World War 1 class Cruisers? Specifically, light Cruisers in general. And how heavy a ship could they have taken on?
