What people don't seem to understand, and I do because I was part of the oilfield for 9 years is the fact that just because they issue a permit on a lease, does not mean that there is going to be oil. To give you an example, I could make a oil lease permit to drill for oil on the roof of my house but that doesn't mean that there's going to be a loyal there.
