So which one of these B grade horror movie props are you going to get?

The guard has saved me when one of my brush cutter arms broke off. I use the kind with the swinging arms. I have a lot of brambles I have to cut down now and again.

some Red Wing boots are better than others are. Their loggers are awesome. But I've had other types of boots from Red Wing I was less impressed with.

You're not kidding when you say they're very expensive.

Watch the video again because it was said.

When I killed a trimmer with a brush head the drive shaft broke. So I think that is the common failure mode. Then I saw another trimmer at a yard sale and bought it. Back in business! Same model and everything. Of course the one I bought had a clogged spark screen in the muffler. But that's an easy fix. No one is going to sell you a trimmer that works.

@JasonW. I think any of those blades would make it. But that red carbide one that took down the metal pole was something else. I use a brush head here but not a circular saw blade type. I always thought they were kind of nuts. So I use a little swing arm one. It is good for bramble bushes. Bigger stuff I hit with a chainsaw.

Angle grinders are pretty handy. Not going to leave the same finish an orbital will though.

Basically the thickest string you can run. The shapes are all pretty much nonsense too. So just big heavy round.

One bulldozer clears it all.

@clayboi6939 if you run across one used it'd be quite a find. I haven't been to a yard sale all year. Well, I went to a couple early before the lock down. By the time the season rolled around everything was shutdown here. This has turned into the year that wasn't for me.

@thoughtlesskills why ask why? Try Bud Dry!

You should have tried sharpening damaged blades and saw if that brought any back at all. Heck the one even came with a file. I like how the one blade took the pole down. Very impressive.
