  3. It is radiant floor heat. It is a building inside a building too. So decent insulation.

  5.  @wielkikoroniarz  maybe and maybe not. I'd rather be in a wooden than a masonry building in an earthquake. I was in an earthquake and I watched the ground come up at me like a wave. I thought I was having a seizure or something. I looking at the ground thinking, that's not normal. Terra isn't always so firma. I don't live where there's earthquakes normally either. That's the one that cracked the Washington Monument. So it was real. I think it was a 4.5? It was a slow roller. Still, less flexible buildings sustained damage.

  8.  @firesurfer  tornado zones are like no gun zones. It doesn't work. We just had a tornado here last week and I'm nowhere near tornado alley. It was 15 miles from where I live but we still got a warning.
