  3.  @blogengeezer4507  even if it wasn't mentioned the tie in should be obvious with downed trees. But I guess today people aren't familiar with old growth? You're not going to run into very many old tress these days. In the 1920s old growth trees were far more common. In the decades that followed we pretty much took care of that though. Either through accident or design.
