  1. In World War 2 a radar jamming technique was developed called Window which was foil strips cut at half the wavelength so they'd reflect the beam and they were air dropped. It was the equivalent of what chaff is today.

  2. I'm impressed and happy that Simon found the MIT study page on the subject of tinfoil hats. I'm not sure if the original still exists anymore? But there's a copy of it floating around still. Least there was the last time I went looking for it.

  4. YouTube punishes creators for making too many videos a day. So the way around it is to just make more channels if you want to make more than the "allowed" maximum. The "punishment" is your videos simply don't get recommended. Which as you may imagine cuts down on views.
