  2. Why would I want to do a thing like that? My PC is hooked up to a 370 Watt 5.1 surround digital amplifier. Through a TOSlink cable, of course.

  3. Perhaps. I just find wired connections simpler and more reliable than wireless ones. If wireless was better I'd use it. There's certainly a convenience to being untethered. But not at a price I am willing to pay. I think wireless is popular because people are just too damned lazy to plug wires in. Which is pathetic.
