  1.  @tonymcrae2973  the short of it is we simply lack electricity storage technology. Although the fanatics do not want to hear that. Some things we can accomplish are remarkable but there are still gaps in our abilities. Many are just not willing to accept reality.

  3. 100 miles is nothing. If I am going 1,000 miles on a road trip I am not going to stop 10 times to fuel up. I'll never get where I'm going. I came back from the eclipse and I stopped once for gas. Once. I was on the road from 3 PM to 5 AM. There was a lot of traffic. It took me like 5 minutes to fill up too. That's reasonable. 15 minutes jerking the gerkin is not.
