  3.  BadAim  There are signs on many freeway entrances forbidding non-vehicular entry of any kind. Stating walking, bicycling and horse riding explicitly. But even when it is not posted non-vehicular traffic is excluded from all divided highways. If your car breaks down you're not even supposed to get out of it. I think cops have yelled at me for it.
