  5.  @bustedford  it is heavy oil which we can use but it's also loaded with sulfur too. Which due to regulations we can't use. But we can ship it somewhere where they can use it.

  7.  @purple_haze__  Why else does Trump want to see Keystone XL built? Because he does. He was building it his last administration and then when Joe Biden got into office Joe stopped it. So of course Trump wants it to start up again. Connect the dots.

  8.  @dixonpinfold2582  I watched a video about it and they said that oil was too dirty to use in the US market. We might be refining it for overseas use though. The gist of it all was Keystone oil was never going to be used in the US.
