The police had already been called on previous occasions and the property owner was referred to the gentlemen that ended up confronting Armed. I believe Senior in the truck had busted Armed previously too. So they had history.

With the information public it makes it far harder for Trump to do business when his competitors know precisely what Trump's financial limits are and he has no such information about them.
