  22. Those homeless people are getting along just fine with what they have now. What are you going to do give them each enough to buy a house? That's a slap in the face for everyone that earned the money to buy their house. If they all get houses then Joe can pay my mortgage off too.

  23. Those people do not want help. You give them money and they'll just buy drugs with it. That is not helping them any. Maybe locking them all up might help some? Then they won't be homeless or hungry anymore.
