  1. An assault rifle is not what this is about. They want to ban a made up category called, "assault weapons". Which are semiautomatic sporting rifles. Basically the firearm that is called, "America's gun".

  12.  @mrdumbfellow927  I do not see what makes what you say mutually exclusive. Both were likely occurring at the same time. Crowder did a video where he found a number of bogus addresses on voter registration rolls. He picked the addresses off the public record and had people go to these supposed addresses. There were no residences at the locations. So clearly fraudulent voters. One person was a convicted felon to boot. They're barred from voting. But his residence was an empty field. The electronic manipulation is more difficult to see. Impossible really. We cannot see electrons. I hear they were doing a 60/40 split there. There was a lot of shadiness going on. It is statistically impossible for Joe to have won and lost all he did. It simply doesn't add up. To lose every bellweather county and still win? No. To only win in democrat machine controlled areas? Where the fix was obviously in. You're going to have to prove to me that he won legitimately. I do not need to prove anything. There's ample evidence it was fraud! 81 million did not vote for that potato.

  13. I will take up a musket only after everyone else does. Nothing in my country's Constitution says anything about a musket at all. It says Arms which is meant as the same hardware the military uses. James Madison had a gun boat for crying out loud. His own personal gun boat!

  15. It is not that they do not have enough votes it is literally illegal for them to pass the laws. That does not concern this criminal administration though. Rules to them are merely inconveniences.

What they are trying to ban now are sport semiautomatic firearms. Which are not assault rifles. They lack the select fire feature. Semi auto is over 100 year old technology.

Did you have anything in your hands? You of course should refuse to answer any questions without a lawyer present. You only need to tell them your name.

  18.  @usermn1742  an assault rifle is a carefully defined category. If it is a combat battle rifle that fires an intermediate cartridge and has select fire it is an assault rifle. But that's not what lawmakers want to crack down on now. You already can't buy that kind of hardware. Not unless you have a class 3 FFL and a hell of a lot of money. They've already screwed that pooch. Now they're after more.

  25.  @swirlyferly  everything you mentioned was an act against someone else. Possession is not an act against anyone else. Me owning a firearm hurts no one. Depriving someone of their possessions does cause them harm. As does raping or killing them. Home invasions may be more common than you realize. I am absolutely OK with everyone being able to possess a means of self defense. If those people in that grocery store could have defended themselves maybe less would have died? When someone shoots you shoot back! I live on a constitutional carry state. The means to self defense is a natural right. No one grants it. It simply is. All our Constitution does is recognize it as such. God made Man. Colt made them all Equal.
