  1. 28 days is usually cure to spec. But concrete never stops getting harder. It takes longer and longer to get any harder but it keeps on growing. Concrete is a crystal. In 10 days concrete can be pretty solid though. Heck we'd pour it one day and be standing on it the next while it was still green. But it was certainly soft then.
