Then acting in a suspicious and evasive manner when you're confronted about it. If you're innocent then act innocent. The police were already on the way. The McMichaels had already called them. They just had some questions for Mr. Arbery. In fact Gregory McMichael was on the phone with the police when the tragic shooting occurred. How they were ever convicted of anything I cannot fathom. They didn't tell the punk to grab for the shotgun. They just told him to stop. Both of the McMichael were law enforcement themselves.
