  9.  @DKNguyen3.1415  Harbor Freight started out as a salvage company. They've gotten away from the salvage aspect of their business over time. But I remember buying salvage from them. That salvage used to come from all over the place. I have this weird torque wrench I bought off Harbor Freight long ago. It's not from China. I think it was made in the USA?
