  1. Barbarossa was a preemptive strike. If Germany had not attacked the USSR would have struck west when they were ready.

  2. +the82spartans That must be why the USSR had millions of troops massed on the border? Because of that worthless treaty. Stalin did nothing for weeks, and everyone else was too scared to do anything but the Germans still managed to make contact with millions of Soviet troops in the opening of the campaign. So they were just there. They did not move up to the front. Heck none of them moved at all. So, what were they all doing there in the first place? They were massing for an invasion!
