  1. This is how we spur on innovation. Make chemical projectile weapons more problematic and the market will respond by creating the next technological leap in weaponry. Think energy weapons. Star Trek phasers and the like. Although I expect to see mass accelerators come out first. Rail guns.

  2. I have a CNC machine. You can make aluminum blocks out of any scrap aluminum too. Castings are best for castings though. But even cans makes OK stock. They're going to have to serialize every beer can out there! Collect aluminum rims. They're a great alloy.
