What plan? He's already admitted he has no plan. "There’s nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months” -Joe Jingles Biden

Wisconsin voted for Biden. So they get what they deserve.
2
There is no proof that anyone voted for the clown in chief.
2
Different kind of welding. But you wouldn't know that.
2
Do not tell me what I need or do not need. That is for me to decide.
1
I bet you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or the first clue what it takes to lay pipe. But if you want it done right you call the union. They know what they're doing and they'll do it.
1
Get a clue. We have nothing to replace fossil fuels with. The technology simply does not exist as of now. You only think it does. That's because you're low information.
1
Yes what is a world in ashes going to do with fuel?
1
If you were him and you voted for Biden would you admit it?
1
They already have a valuable marketable skill. They're pipeline welders for crying out loud. You think that is easy to do?
1
@tylershepherd4555 you may be right. I need to live in the present though. And presently the alternatives cannot replace fossil fuels. They are only 10% of the way there. 90% is a far larger proportion in the equation too. I suggest you study the history of technological advancement our species has accomplished. Learn how we got to where we are today and just what it took in order to get here. Then you will gain an appreciation for what it is going to take for us to move forward. Progress is not an easy thing. Breakthroughs are few and far in between. There have only been a handful of us capable of making them. Usually one a generation it seems. Right now I could not even tell you who that individual may be. It seems like we're missing that gifted person presently.
1
Go address it where they're polluting then. Try starting in China then head to India.
1
@tristanblackford7903 presently we have nowhere to lead to. You are suggesting we walk off a cliff out into thin air. You clearly lack understanding when it comes to where we are as a technological civilization today. I suppose we could just stop exploiting energy resources and let 98% of the population perish. Because that's what would happen. We simply would not be able to produce food for most of our species. Folks do not tend to last too long if they starve. You do not seem to have any idea just how dependent we really are on fossil fuels. You're not going to go out and till fields in a Tesla roadster either. Let alone the pesticides and fertilizers the oil industry produces. Basically if you like to eat you'd better get out there protesting for the pipeline. And don't tell me, oh we did it in the past. Because we didn't. Pre-industrial global human population was 2% of what the population is today. So no we never did do it. The population is what it is today because we've been living off oil. You are a parasite sucking black sludge out of this planet in order to survive! You just don't realize it.

@tristanblackford7903 is this like Joe's plan to tackle the pandemic? Remember when he was campaigning and said he had the better plan? Know what he just said the other day? “There’s nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months.” What a plan! Why wasn't he just honest when he was running? Now I am going to be honest with you. We do NOT possess the technology to replace fossil fuels. Despite anything you may have read or heard. They were lies too. The fact is we know of nothing that has the power density of hydrocarbons. That's energy per mass or volume. Nothing else even comes close. The Lithium ion battery that powers your smartphone has a density of 450 Watt Hours a liter. A liter of gasoline has 13,500 Watt Hours of power in it. That's 2900% more powerful! The reason we use fossil fuels is because it is just that much better than anything else available to us. That is the hill you're up against. Rolling a boulder up it is no easy task. That's why we're where we're at today. It is the best we can do. By quite a large margin. That's why we can't use electric cars. Other energy resources. Because it all sucks next to oil. Sucks hard. And that's just reality. Until someone comes along and discovers something better. Learn hard science then you'll appreciate the challenges we face.

@tristanblackford7903 perhaps you are right. But even if you are it would be foolishness to jump ship before our new vessel is ready to sail, or nay even exists. For doing that would leave us all up to our necks in the drink, so to speak. I personally am not willing to tread water due to your idiocy either. I like it just fine where I am at now, high and dry sailing on the ship we do have. The coal fired USS America! BTW being a boomer I've been hearing the end is nigh for some 50 plus years now. Heck we were supposed to run out of oil decades ago. Yet here we all are. Knowing what utter nonsense all of that was. We absolutely did innovate our way out of that past future already. I could ask why am I talking to you child. I suppose someone has to. You clearly do not have any answers or even the data to begin to formulate one. So you might want to get on that. As it is more your problem than mine.
1
@tristanblackford7903 do you have rocks in your head? Where are you getting your phone batteries recycled? Is that what you call leaving old phones in drawers? It is recycling. Because that's what most folks do with their old phones. If people actually recycled electronics we'd have never had to ban lead in consumer electronics. RoHS would never be a thing. 400 miles falling down a tall cliff. If electric cars have that kind of range then Elon ought to enter one in the Firecracker race. It is only 400 miles after all. Think an electric car can run 200 MPH for 400 miles on one charge? Yeah me either. It is a competitive world and your alternatives are not contenders.
1
The problem with your argument is we have no replacement for fossil fuels now. The reason fossil fuels are so dominant is because they're just that much better than any alternative that we currently possess. All the green energy in the world cannot supply us with 10% of our needs. Industry can only move on when we have the technology. Which right now we do not. Believe it, or not, pumping fuel out of the ground is an incredibly tough act to beat. You low information moron!
1
@samsosa7765 China is advancing fast because their government subsidizes their manufacturers. They are not advancing faster than us in research, development or design. They just steal our information.
1
Pipelining is not just a job. It is a career. One that takes years to train and prepare for.
1
@yourpillow454 with no training you start as an apprentice. No one becomes a journeyman in weeks. Apprenticeships last 4 years.
1
@yourpillow454 I'm vested. So you could say I've done my time in the industry. Pipe fitting is not just another construction job either. You need to be qualified and certified to lay a bead. You really cannot tell me anything about it apparently. You only think that you can.
1
Now people can be out of work starving in the dark shivering. Because that's what cutting fossil fuels off does for us.
1
That's cute. You think your vote still counts. The Democrats have Dominion over you!
1
Pipefitters are not run of the mill construction workers.
1
Joe never made a good decision for his constituents in his entire political career.
