  2. So what were the workers striking for? Let me guess, more money. Perhaps even more paid time off? Yes I'm sure paying them all more and them not being there will help them do their jobs better. According to our favorite source that should not be used, "The new contract contains an immediate 14% wage increase and 24% salary increase over five years, plus one day of paid leave per year."

  3.  @DannyTan6675  7 sick days? Are they all on their death beds? Look, the most important thing any employee can do is show up at work. If a boss can't count on you at least showing up to work it's not good. 7 days sick leave is like another week of vacation. I got an eye problem. I just can't see my way clear of going to work today. I know how the game is played.
