  3. They pay homeless people in California. They pay people to be homeless. Well, they pay them because they're homeless but what's the difference really? I mean if you're being paid because you're homeless what's the incentive to get on your feet? You got enough money for some food and drugs. Life's good. So yeah bums are going to flock to California to get in on that.

  6. We don't have to spend every last cent we can scrape up. The money DOGE finds should go towards paying down the debt. You know what we get for paying off interest? We don't get ANYTHING. Nothing. That money just disappears. At the rate we're going now shortly interest will be the biggest slice of the whole budget. Bigger than defence even. What you're proposing amounts to piling money up and just burning it. We don't have it to spend.

  13. Releasing capitalism has caused a lot of the problems we're facing today. That's why we've got no manufacturing in this country anymore. If a company offshores they make a little more profit. That's capitalism. Whohoo I can put another penny in my pocket per unit sold. Shut the factory down. Let the whole workforce go. Yeah that's not growing the country, now is it? It is making a few a little richer though. I guess the rest of us can just learn to code.

Once you're not collecting they stop counting you. That doesn't mean those people wouldn't like to be working though. Go ahead and learn to code. They're still going to hire Indians.

When there's a problem they have a budget to address the problem and if the problem gets worse then they get even more money to control. For Democrats problems are the golden ticket.   16. I grow a garden every year. I get some beans and tomatoes and peppers out of it. You can't live on beans, tomatoes and peppers. Not even if you grew a ridiculous amount of beans, tomatoes and peppers. I've tried to grow a few other things too. Some of that works and some doesn't. Gardening is a lot of work too. There's the tilling, the planting, the watering and fertilizing, the weeding, pest control. I do it as something to do. It's not a solution to anything but boredom.

  18. Just what do you think weapons cost? You ever buy a Stinger missile? The missile and launcher together you're talking a half a million dollars. A shipping container full of those is some serious scratch. It was also the first thing we sent to Ukraine. Now we're going to have to replace that. Because we need those in our inventory ourselves. That's going to cost us money.
