  2.  @toddmetzger  there is another amendment that is germane concerning this too. That would be the 4th Amendment that guarantees us to be secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. Although I suppose they find it perfectly reasonable in this case to circumvent that right. Yeah it is total BS any way you slice it.
