@johnburnett5377 live on the beach? That sounds terrible! We have a beach here. Everything falls apart there. When you hit the beach you're supposed to move inland. Staying on the beach is death. Get them bangalores, blow a hole in the wire and move in! I'm about 6 miles back from the beach myself and that's as close as I'd ever want to be. We had a stainless steel phone booth over by the beach. It rotted away! Living on the beach is one of those things that sounds romantic. It's not terribly practical in practice though. A candy shop down on the boardwalk has pictures of what town looked like after the big one hit in 34. Was nothing but matchsticks for 6 blocks. Absolutely nothing survived. The place looked like it went through a blender. You can keep living on the beach!
