  4. New Jersey should be both ashamed and shamed. What absolute clowns. The amount of tax money they collect in that state is criminal. What are they doing with all of it? Property tax, sales tax. They'd tax the very air you breathe if they could figure out how to do it. They already tax water both coming and going.
