  14. Yeah I was trying to process that myself. That's not how my friends and I partied at all. Everyone slammed drinks as fast as they possibly could. Sometimes faster. And if at a bar when one person bought rounds then everyone else was obligated to buy a round too. Whether anyone wants it, or not!

  23. It's economics. We used to cure diseases but the drug companies figured out it's more profitable to treat things than it is to cure them. So they don't work on curing anything anymore. If they can give you one pill and you're cured you don't have to go back to them tomorrow for another pill. They want to get paid tomorrow too.

  27. What are they protesting? The police shot a domestic abuser that had a weapon. You stand for domestic abuse? Oh yeah he was also in the process of kidnapping children when he was shot too. Finally the guy they shot didn't even die. Although many media outlets reported that he did. He's still alive! Or did you think the suspect was innocently just picking daisies when the cops showed up and bushwacked him for no good reason? That kind of thing doesn't happen in the real world. People get shot for reasons. Usually.

The only person he should have tagged but didn't was drop kick guy and it's kind of a good thing he didn't. Because kick was actually black.

  33.  @skrillaforilla9665  if you're really interested in how everything happened you can look it up easily enough today. The history of rocketry is well documented. Names, dates, places, persons involved. It's all there. Every grueling step. All the things you mention are things we were motivated to do. People gained fame and fortune doing them too. It was just 43 years from Goddard in a field to men on the Moon. But in that time the fate of the entire world did hang in the balance. So it is fair to say that players were extremely motivated to succeed. What they did was impressive but still pretty simplistic. With enough thrust it has to work. So they just built a really big ass rocket and launched it. Go big or go home!

  38.  @joshjackson8167  in the end everyone pays. I'm not suggesting they shouldn't. One can have issue with who receives the payment though. It certainly wasn't the people of Ukraine. Only a select few of them. Hunter's boss was the former Minister of Energy. With that title we can begin to see where their influence comes form. Why they may have had an unfair advantage. That perhaps they were not always working for the greater good but rather personal gain. Which certainly seems to have been the case in this particular case. But investigations into their doings went nowhere.

  48. Alcohol is a desiccant. It absorbs water. A hang over is your brain dehydrated. The booze literally sucked all the water out of your melon. So it stands to reason that beer with a lower percentage of alcohol to water content is going to beat you up less.
