  1. Fantastic framework siding and roof! My only concern is would it have better to put some sort of waterproofing or a gasket underneath the perimeter base board, and would it have been better to make that pressure-treated lumber? Water could seep in. And should have the outside panels been extended, say 2 inches down past the junction of the trailer frame and the baseboard, so water cannot get that baseboard wet. What can you do now? Caulking?
