  1. You're gonna have to put in some crawlspace vents to ventilate out the buildup of humidity and moisture from the bare damp soil beneath the house. Also, it'll be a good idea to staple 1/4" hardware cloth to your bottoms with 90° angled pieces buried out maybe 12-16" to discourage burrowers.
