  2. STEM employees like "civic fideism" may find hard work, loyalty, purpose, meaning, teamwork, ritual and order, mindfulness or even spirituality, but not metaphysics or transcendence (religion). No faith (believing without evidence), only empiricism and reason (believing on evidence). No more of the divisiveness, distantiation and fear and threat which is the modus operandi of Abrahamic religion.
