  20. maybe some archetect type, Musk or similar types even could engineer them the same or bigger square footage homes on their property to rebuild for a fraction what it normally costs would be awesome, alternative building methods and such , I pray they aren't homeless in CA with the sidewalk dwellers , That woman with the blind husband is so strong , I feel bad about them ....I have a lot of ideas on foamboard with acrylic cement stucco, exterior rated cement hardie board panels, steel beams , post-beam construction except with fiberglass, steel or masonry instead of wood and similar ....maybe evn use sand/plastic recycled mixes for stuff...i have shed ideas like using old bottles stuffed with old fiberglass [insulation and sealed], or junk styrofoam shreds and fireproofed with cement dust(like a vid on here showed) in old plastic jugs or buckets , to make fake blocks with wire mesh and acrylic concrete, mortared in place, for shed ideas though big workshop level , not for residential yet, completely ... Pray with me so they're a whole church blessed , in Jesus name if so inclined ....

California banned PEX pipe iirc, but if you run pex throught the attic , which isn't normally done it'd act as a sprinkler once it melts but it would dmage the house if it leaked and the place would be burned by then but IDK why they don't use rain storage and solar with LIPo batteries to spray the roof down and perimeter around the houses would be simple especially with tile or metal roof , it's help cool the house in hottest times of summer too when there's no fires ....

  25. atleast fema could give them trailers to put on their property and give them like 5 years to rebuild i hope ....it's ideal for alternative construction techniques and materials because a smaller home would break banks if the tech was common but with huge square footage it costs the same as a very small standard house so it's not an impact to the financial future based on usury scheme ....
