my old place i rented from an old lady and the neibor had stolen about a foot and half of her yard, made a wood fence there previous and they marked the line and said ok the fence is in your yard and left it but a foot of yard that long in town is a bad thing to lose potentially ...and they have sqautting laws so then they try to lie and the stupid survey is about $500 ...thanks hypocrite loser trash neighbors.....issues ...i like the anglo-saxon land record method the best where they have altitude, longetutude feet inches at the courthouse on file etc. the best method but still need a surveyor to interpret the coordinates lines sometimes, the markers could bemoved and they'd know i think is the thing too......

...there's this new material hitting the home repair, building vids a little on youtube i caught the first one Boen 3 foot by 150 foot fiberglass mesh rolls , for cment stuff non alkali and either adhesive one side or not , this is the really an intersting component with the acrylic cement based stucco patch or concrete and concrete repair also acrylic paint that mixes well usually with those , (it's possible to make the color (paint all the way through ) , the joints and corners and no sanding in one or two shots with textured finishes....anyway there different thicknesses and i saw at big box hardware one like a cast for bones made by Fibatape under "drywall joint tape" section $33 and 75 foot but it's thick and adhesive sided , i can do the entire ceiling and skim that stuff smooth , easy job, or efos something outside is where it stems from the root of it EFOS maybe not in business or patent stuff freed up maybe....it's good with foamboard all sorts of stuff probably i'll acrylic concrete the facia wood with it and add faomboard in some spots , bugs won't bite into it in the future and it blends with masonry , the end goal , a steel reinforced masonry mini mansion bunker compound off grid if needed suplemental auxiliary otherwise.....army airforce marines....lol good day God Bless , be safe.../ranting

...where i live a campsite can have up to ten spots for camping or rv pads but 10 or more needs approval like a business and they don't like rv parks usually ,,, so anyway a 12 foot by 12 foot shed needs no permit i had to check if it was 12 x12 or 12 feet diagonally ....so anyway i am thinking of making four atleast 12x 12 camping cabins first then one rv pad and a boat pad and a bathroom house like a camp to fend off neighbors mostly because they build samck on the property lines so it';s side $ to pay it off , future family only use and to keep up with the property line i have neighbors on top of my fence line with a their junkyard one side a chicken coop/shed complex another's on top anotherside and the electric cable water co mail and jehovah witness access one other side and neighbors who play with heavy equipment farmers and mowing on top with cornhammero making a house ...i nneed one on each corner atleast on top of the line (my side to cnnect like a fence lol.../i better run
