  2. he talked bizarre and traveled a lot and i highly suspect some of these are chemical related and from some insidious secret conspiracy ...chemical poisoning with some drug or substance....sometimes if You're feeling odd just fix it but the brain uses chemicals which get depleted so it's best to do nothing at all until it passes and the chemical balance can restore itself correct ....take that third choice betwee act , do something else or just do nothing , times like that ride it out an do nothing and maybe pray too or just be cooler like frozen so the chemical can be eliminated or if depleted it can return from the action of the body , the brain shoulkd be chill those times and wait the third choice do nothing make no decisions or actions just time can make it pass

  4. i hadn't watched the whole vid he was on drugs and the brain uses chemicals to make decisions they get depleted and altered so only time can fix them if you're on drugs or done drugs only time can restore the balance and only then can any feeling or thought work correct or decision process ,,,it's a chemical related and it restores but feelings and decisions messed up meantime after drug alcohol use ...
