  4. How can these laws be enforced by law enforcement since the magazines , weapons are legal for law enforcement to purchase? Maybe they use an informant but then the informant breaking the law in their face to make a bust. Also if the ban involves can own / sell but manufacturers can't market to civiliand then LE gets unmarked mags normal price, sells to civilians at banned price scam as well...
