  40. The person responsible most in ukraine is the one who tells people to stay in front of military. The thing is in Military a True soldier's Mission comes before HIS own life. Next his own life comes before his equipment and lastly his equip....So IF a soldier is on a mission objective and there's say human shield between himself and his mission . Then he has to fulfill mission before OWN life . Hopefully this explains the life between a true soldiers mission and his mission is LESS valuable than His mission AND his own life....Like steppping in front of a bus and then blame the bus .
