  2. i think only USA and Russia would have nukes if it wasn't for USA showing off bygiving away fuel grade uranium , and an Iranian working for seimens in Germany stole the secret technique on enrichment to weapons grade, then they go apologize for Japan accompanied by those other 5 with nukes for certain , rediculous imo ...anyway my point is it makes sense to tell any place if they test one nuke , they get nuked and it would halt nuke testing but I don't agree with the hostility towards Iran around the globe in the Middle East , and i don't see any threat to America if Iran had a nuke or two to defend their potential genocide , if Ukraine had nukes maybe a million lives would have been spared just like atleast 100,000 our lives were spared by nuking Japan , but Iran missiles don't have the range to hit USA and if they fired one or two and could hit usa , they wouldn't because of retaliation....
