  3. Were you to wave a magic wand and instantly make all cyclists behave perfectly, road KSI stats wouldn't change noticeably. Do the same for drivers instead, and you'll stop almost all traffic deaths and injuries. Do you see why I don't bother with cyclists now?

  11. Well no. I live in London and there's nothing you can do about that. The idea that anyone anywhere could video you any time takes all the fun out of anti-social driving. The sense of paranoia really eats away at you. 3rd party video reporting has exploded across the UK. In London in 2022 almost 15,000 such prosecutions were started. There are tens of thousands of people videoing and reporting bad driving.

  13. I didn't jump onto the car. I had no choice but to lift myself onto his bonnet to save my life as that bad man would have driven right over me. He drove into me twice and then pushed me down the road, and I was moments from him pushing me over and me falling under his wheels.  @ghosttype8583

  15. It's legal for drivers to overtake cyclists on zigzags at a controlled crossing, and vice versa. It's only illegal to do that overtake motor vehicle on motor vehicle. You'd need to read the underlying law to see that is the case.@Dibley8899

  17. They wouldn't, largely because almost all KSI collisions between cyclists and drivers are solely the fault of the driver. And also because drivers are FAR more lawbreaking than cyclists. I'm savouring your salty tears though. A fine whine.  @ghosttype8583
