First, the 3 ships were not identical twins as they had several different changes, so it would have been noticed and secondly, the weekend when both Titanic and Olympic were docked next to each would not be enough time to switch everything in the ships. As James Cameron said, like the Titanic disaster this disaster could have been prevented if safety warnings weren't ignored. Safety is everyone's responsibility and needs to be taken seriously. You shouldn't assume nothing going to happen.
