  1. Online shopping has changed the way we shop. Also, with all the advances in technology, malls don't have electronic stores as those stores went out of business. The mall used to be the place were teens hang out, but not anymore. Some malls have restrictions for teens

  2. Not all malls are dying, some malls are still doing well. My childhood mall, Potomac Mills Mall opened in 1985 and is still thriving with over 220 stores. It brought us one of the first Ikea's in the United States. It has an AMC Theater and 1 Round Bowling

  3. That mall that opened in 2006 has been failing from the start. It was the last mall built by the Mills Mall Corporation. The Simon Group bought all of the Mills Mall Corporation except Pittsburg Mills Mall.

  4. Lee Iacocca, who created the minivan, which saved Chrysler thought that it would replace the station wagon. But then SUVs/crossovers came on the scene and those have become much more popular then minivans.

  5. Unlike the Titanic, this disaster is mostly forgotten about it. The disaster could have been prevented if the Captain had major repairs done to the engine, but he was cheap and didn't want to do so. I just recently learned about this ship

  6. Ford didn't want to spend money to fix the safety problem with the Pinto despite minimal costs. The Big 3 (Ford, GM & Chrysler) don't like to spend money to fix a safety problem or doing a recall. These automakers put profits first over safety. They want to increase profits and reduce production costs at the expense of quality and safety
