Since Nissan merged with Renault, their quality and reliability has gone down

Coupes and small cars are not popular anymore. Manual Transmission are dying in the USA
2
since Fiat bought Chrysler, they haven't come out with any new cars. The Chrysler 300 is aging and so is the Dodge Challenger/Charger which soon will be changed to electric
2
Dodge just came out with the Hornet which is an Alfa Romeo.
2
Ford and Lincoln have chosen to stop making sedans in the USA which I think is a big mistake. No other luxury automaker are discontinuing sedans. Sedans are not going extinct. Licoln was upset they have no sedans to sell

It is not been completely redesign. It is a refresh. The Camry is redesigned every 5 years and since it was last redesigned for 2012, it's not due for a redesign until 2017. I don't like the plastic on the rear door behind the rear window

Chrysler/Dodge's infotainment system is better then Toyota's. The Corolla was redesigned for the 2014 model year and refreshed for 2017

Toyota Corolla's $1,500 premium package doesn't only add the sunroof option, but push to start (keyless entry) and upgrades the infotainment system from basic to plus. The plus adds Sirrus XM Radio (which I don't listen to), siri voice/phone connectivity, and bigger screen

The Dodge Dart does have some features that the 2014 Toyota Corolla did not have

What about Android Auto? That should be standard too. Not everyone likes or uses Apple devices. It's frustrating that Toyota still refruses Android Auto
1
Chrysler/Dodge doesn't build good quality cars and doesn't have the reliability of a Toyota or Honda. No American's want Italian junk which are unreliable
1
Toyota has the most reliable CVTs and it comes standard on the Toyota Corolla
1
Toyota didn't advertise the Yaris very much. I think they wanted people buy the Corolla instead. Before it was called the Yaris, it was the Scion iA. It is a little smaller then the Toyota Corolla and was more affordable
1
My father had a 1977 Honda Accord just like the one shown at the start of the video.

Sad they are killing the Honda FIt in USA, so that new one in Japan won't come to the USA. It has the magic seats that fold into the floor and has been rated as a best value car
1
When Japanese automakers such as Toyota and Honda arrived in the 1970s, Americans noticed they were of better build quality than the domestics which is still true today. The Japanese care more about quality than the domestics. This is why they are more reliable and last longer then the domestics
