We should also note that the submersible was manufactured off-the-shelf materials, so it was not made by a big company and it has had communication problems before on previous dives. The company that owns the submersible has those people sign a waiver that they are risking their life diving into the Titanic wreck. Now tragically Titanic has claimed another 5 lives. I think tourist attractions shouldn't be allowed as it is too dangerous
