  1. I love the Aero Glass in Windows 7 and shiny icons. Microsoft made Windows 8.1/10 ugly by dropping the Aero Glass and going with a flat interface that Windows 3.1/95 had.

  4. For unknown reasons, Microsoft has chosen not to support an Intel processor below the 8th generation for Windows 11. Some PCs sold in the last 5 years may come with older processor chip not supported

  5. Many people like using Windows 7 because it is a stable OS and so they don't want to install Windows 10 afraid it would mess up their PC. Also, Microsoft will still issue security patches for Windows for 3 1/2 years.

  7. Another bad thing about Windows 11 is that it is more difficult to set the default browser as they took away the default apps setting page found in Windows 10.

  9. For businesses with hundreds or thousand computers, it is not efficient for them to upgrade Windows twice a year, since it's good that Windows 11 is only once year.
